To assist our new students prepare for their studies, University of Western Sydney Village Parramatta is offering a great deal on accommodation for

Study Abroad & Exchange students as well as full degree undergraduate students interested in living on Parramatta campus.

University of Western Sydney Village [Parramatta] consists of 73 units generating a total of 345 beds. All facilities at the Village are brand new with our first residents arriving in 2009.

Modern, high quality furniture and fittings have been architecturally designed specifically for University students lifestyles and have been chosen to create a relaxing atmosphere within each apartment and a stimulating and comfortable environment for both living and studying.

1) Study Abroad & Exchange students

Free to apply!

• Students will be able to apply at no cost.

6-month rate for 5 to 6 bedroom apartments!

• Students can stay for six months with all utilities included:

Six month contract:   

pay $4.901 once (19 January to 30 June 2009 OR 1 July to 31 December 2009)

2) UWS full degree undergraduate students

Free to apply!

Students will be able to apply at no cost until the 8th of January 2009. Just click the application form to receive special contract options.


Special contract options for 5 to 6 bedroom apartments!

Students can choose to take out a six month or one year contract with all utilities included:

One year contract: pay only $188.50 per week (19 January to 31 December 2009)

Six months contract: pay only $198.50 per week (19 January to 30 June 2009)

This special offer is valid for the first 50 applicants, so students should apply quickly.
